500g Boundary Creek Coastal Heath Raw Honey

Our hives are located on the coastline of Boundary Creek just south of Ballina. This coastline headland area is sea-sprayed, with thin sandy soils that prevent the growth of tall trees. The plants that naturally occur along these headlands include a great diversity of shrubs such as banksias, acacias, kunzeas, hakeas and epacris, along with ground covers, vines and a few grasses. Here the bees get to forage the many flowers available to them creating a truly unique honey experience that represents the true flavours of the area.

Our coastal heath honey has a bold and slight caramel taste.
