Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases from us unless stated otherwise. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY At Two Busy Beez, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Refund Policy (“Policy”). Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to consumer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Two Busy Beez does not refund or replace based on ‘change of mind’. Products must be shipped back with the necessary packaging as per the delivery.

Two Buzy Beez will pay for shipping only on return/replaced items. Please read this Policy before making a purchase to understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are unhappy with your purchase.

INTERPRETATIONS AND DEFINITIONS

INTERPRETATION

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

DEFINITION

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy: Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Two Busy Beez, 75 Houghlahans Creek Road, Teven. Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service. Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. Service refers to the Website. Website refers to Two Busy Beez, accessible from www.twobusybeez.au You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days The Goods are in the original packaging The following Goods cannot be returned: The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at buzz@twobusybeez.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Ai (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

EXCEPTIONS

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at buzz@twobusybeez.au and send your item to us.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
