The honey is full flavoured and fairly dark but it is a good all-round honey with a light texture. Flavoured by the blossoms of the Tallowoods and gums from the hills of Bagotville.

Our Honey is cold extracted, Stored in settling tanks( Allows wax to float to the surface), then bottled. This process produced the purest form of 100% Raw Australian Honey.
